A coincidence of circumstances may unexpectedly make even the best hire turn upside down. Don’t worry, we have got you covered.

Should the new hire leave within twelve weeks, we are determined to stay on board until we find a new fit. We will rebate you a fair percentage (up to 95%) of the initial fee to be used as credit with us for the next search for another IT specialist.

You will have the freedom to use the credit on either rehiring for this particular role, or on a different role of your choosing. Our main focus is to give you the best service.
